Dakota A. Woll is an associate in the Tampa office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where he is a member of the Real Estate Practice Group.

Dakota focuses his practice on the acquisition, disposition, development, and leasing of commercial real estate, which representation includes deal structuring, contract preparation and negotiation, title and survey matters, and due diligence analysis. Dakota’s experience also includes a wide range of commercial loan transactions, including asset-based and unsecured lending, construction financing, government guaranteed lending, loan workouts, and restructuring.

Dakota earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida, where he served as President of Florida Blue Key and Managing Editor of the Journal of Law & Public Policy. During law school, Dakota served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Amanda Arnold Sansone, United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
