Erica L. Weintraub is an Associate in the Miami office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where she is a member of the Class Action and Mass Litigation Practice Group.
Erica focuses her practice in personal injury protection litigation matters, specializing in the interpretation and application of automobile insurance policies. She has experience handling pre-suit and litigation claims arising from automobile accidents, premise liability, police misconduct, wrongful death, and first party property.
During her time in law school, Erica was a member of the trial team and competed in the Zehmer Mock Trial Competition where she was a finalist for the best advocate award. She also served as a Research Assistant to Professor Meghan Fairlie, where she concentrated on complementarity in International Criminal Law.
