Gabriela A. Plasencia is an associate in the Miami office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where she is a member of the Financial Services Practice Group. She focuses her practice in the areas of financial services, transactional litigation and international and domestic commercial and regulatory disputes.

Gabriela earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, where she was a member of the Hispanic Law Student Association and the Criminal Law Society. During law school, Gabriela interned for the Cook County State Attorney’s Office in Chicago.
