Amanda Shear is a senior associate in the Miami office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where she is a member of the Real Estate Practice Group.

Amanda focuses her practice in the areas of condominium and real estate law.  She represents developers in the structuring, creation and operation of various luxury residential and commercial condominiums, including acquisition and construction financing, ground-up construction, filing with the Division of Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes, and handling the initial sales of condominium projects.

Prior to joining Shutts & Bowen, she was an associate in the Miami office of a national law firm and prior to that was an associate with a law firm in Montreal, Canada.  Prior to her experience in Montreal, Amanda worked in New York.
