Ashley S. Hodson is a partner in the Sarasota office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where she is a member of the Private Client Services Practice Group. 

Ashley focuses her practice on estate planning, estate and gift taxation, and estate and trust administration. She designs her clients’ estate plans to meet their specific personal and financial goals, with an emphasis on family wealth transfer planning. She also has significant experience administering complex estates and trusts, including the preparation of federal estate tax returns.

She received her J.D. from Stetson University College of Law, her LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, her Master of Accountancy (M.Acc.) from the University of North Florida, and her B.S. in Accounting, cum laude, from Florida State University.
