Curtis Wolfe is a partner in the Miami office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where he is a member of the Corporate Practice Group.

Curtis focuses his practice on energy, M&A, start-up, media and entertainment law, and technology law. Prior to joining the firm, Curtis was the general counsel and on the board of directors of a NASDAQ publicly traded private equity company. In his spare time, he is a soccer father and serves as regional commissioner and director of Florida Youth Soccer Association.
