James Eaglesham is the firm-wide Chief Financial Officer for Shutts & Bowen LLP. James has more than 20 years of experience in financial and audit background with strong emphasis in Enterprise Risk Management, Financial Reporting, Treasury Management, Staff Development, Sarbanes Oxley compliance, operational auditing, forensic investigations and financial analysis.
James experience includes developing and implemented improved policies, identifying risk management opportunities and developing required controls.
James received his Bachelor in and Masters in Accounting Science from the University of South Africa. He is a Chartered Accountant (CASA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Certified in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA).
