Jordan Castroverde is an attorney in the Jacksonville office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where he is a member of the Corporate practice group.
Jordan has experience in drafting contracts, agreements and corporate governance documents, including articles of incorporation. Jordan focuses his practice on general corporate matters and transactional business law.
Jordan earned his Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law where he was on the Editorial Staff of the Wake Forest Journal of Business and Intellectual Property Law. He previously participated in the firm’s 2019 Summer Clerkship Program and served as a summer associate in the Jacksonville office.
