Kadeem Ricketts is an Associate in the West Palm Beach office of Shutts & Bowen, where he is a member of the Corporate Practice Group. Kadeem focuses his practice on general corporate matters for clients in a range of industries, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate formation and governance, and financing transactions. He also assists in the representation of physician practices in a variety of transactional matters, including practice affiliations and private equity transactions. 

Kadeem maintains an active pro bono practice, assisting non-profit organizations in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and the review and revision of governing documents to adopt best practices. 

Prior to practicing law, Kadeem spent time as an Analyst at a St. Louis, Missouri-based private equity firm focused on investments in the food & beverage industry. He also worked as an Associate at an early-stage venture capital firm in St. Louis.
