Leigh Ann Buzyniski is a Partner in the Orlando office of Shutts & Bowen where she is a member of the Real Estate practice group.

She has represented private parties in corporate and real estate matters, including corporate formation and maintenance; mergers and acquisitions, real estate acquisition, financing and development; affordable housing; land use and zoning matters; permitting; leasing; condominium law; structuring of private land-use restrictions and property owner associations; documentary and intangible tax issues; and ad valorem property tax matters. She has also represented various Community Development Districts and homeowners associations.

Leigh Ann has served as counsel to local government entities such as the Central Florida Regional Transportation Authority, the School Board of Orange County, Florida, Orlando-Orange County Expressway Authority and the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority in matters including facilities, procurement, bid disputes, government in the sunshine and public records, interlocal agreements, and regulatory compliance.
