Maureen K. Rogers is a Senior Associate in the Orlando office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where she is a member of the Construction Litigation Practice Group. 

Maureen has experience representing clients in both construction and commercial litigation. She has represented developers, land owners, contractors, and suppliers in complex state and federal litigation involving professional malpractice, design errors, construction defect claims, delay claims, and lien issues, among other matters. In addition to her construction practice, Maureen’s experience includes litigating numerous commercial business disputes, including disputes involving landlord/tenant matters, purchase and sales agreements, title insurance, and contract issues.

Prior to joining the firm, Maureen served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Anne C. Conway of the Middle District of Florida in the Orlando Division.  While in law school Maureen served as the Community Affairs Chair for UF’s Journal of Law and Public Policy and as an intern for Shands Hospital In-House Counsel.
