Sarah E. Morgado is an associate in the Miami office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where she is a member of the Class Action and Mass Litigation practice group.

Prior to joining Shutts, Sarah worked as a Research Assistant for Professor Thomas E. Baker at the Florida International University College of Law, where she completed legal research focusing on constitutional law, the First Amendment and related issues. Sarah also served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Adalberto Jordan in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and to the Honorable Jose E. Martinez in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. During her third year of law school, Sarah served as Editor-in-Chief of the FIU Law Review.
