Suzanne M. VanLeeuwen is a Partner in the Jacksonville office of Shutts & Bowen, where she is a member of the Corporate Practice Group.

Sue focuses her practice on general corporate matters and transactional business law. She assists clients in structuring, restructuring, negotiating and documenting their business transactions. She has assisted clients in preparing and analyzing shareholders’ agreements, operating agreements, partnership agreements, employment agreements, non-disclosure agreements, real estate leases and other various transactional documents. Sue has also assisted clients with the many aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and asset purchases and sales. In addition to her transactional experience, Sue has also assisted clients with the analysis and navigation of the regulatory requirements related to zoning and land use matters, including rezoning, special exceptions and waiver approvals in various counties throughout Florida.
