Gregg Strock Appointed to Leadership of RPPTL’s Development and Land Use CommitteeGregg Strock, a Real Estate attorney in the Miami office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, was named Secretary of the Development and Land Use Committee for the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar. Gregg’s appointment was announced during the Committee Meeting on July 21, 2022.

The Development and Land Use Committee gathers and disseminates information to RPPTL members about Federal, State and local legislation (where it is of statewide significance), administrative developments and case decisions affecting the ownership and use of Florida real property. In addition, the Committee focuses on legal developments relating to environmental impacts on real property, land use and zoning regulations and promulgated rules of regulatory agencies affecting the use and development of real property. The Committee coordinates with the Environmental and Land Use Law Section, Administrative Law Section and State and Local Government Law Section in complimentary endeavors.

Gregg’s term will run through July 2023.
