Shutts & Bowen LLP provides secure and convenient methods for clients to remit payments.
Clients may submit payments through our secure online payment portal using a credit card or payments may also be made via eCheck, with no associated credit card processing fees through the same portal.
To ensure proper allocation and timely posting of payments, clients should include the applicable client/matter number and invoice number(s) with each payment. Payments received without sufficient identifying information may be subject to processing delays.
Important Security and Fraud-Prevention Notice
For your protection against fraudsters, Shutts & Bowen LLP maintains strict controls over payment and banking information. The Firm will never change payment instructions, wiring details, or banking information solely through email communication. If you receive any communication requesting changes to payment instructions, you should always independently verify the request by contacting Shutts directly by phone using known contact information or the contact information on the firm website, before initiating payment.
