In February 2021, Aliette DelPozo Rodz, an International Dispute Resolution partner in Shutts & Bowen’s Miami office, was honored at South Florida Business & Wealth’s 2021 Prestigious Women Awards.
The Prestigious Women Awards recognizes top leaders in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties who have created business success stories and provided leadership to women and the broader community. The awards are given based on nominations by the public and SFBW staff research.
The event gave honorees the opportunity to share important experiences, challenges and lessons learned. In her profile, Aliette shared stories about her role models, the best advice she’s ever received, and how being a woman has impacted her career.
