Denise Harle, a partner in Shutts & Bowen LLP’s Tallahassee office, spoke at the Nonpartisan Civic Educational Townhall on September 9, 2024.
During the presentation, Denise gave an explanation and legal analysis of the six constitutional amendments that will be on Florida’s ballot this November.
