West Palm Beach partner, Harvey Oyer, was named Chairman of the Business Development Board of Palm Beach County during their 38th Annual Gala event held on September 18 at the Breakers in Palm Beach.  

The BDB is the premier economic development organization in the region and is responsible for the current Wall Street migration to Palm Beach County.
