Shutts & Bowen LLP is pleased to announce that Jack E. Delcamp has joined the firm’s Tampa office as a partner in the Business Litigation Practice Group.
A Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator, Jack's practice is primarily focused on complex civil litigation matters, with an emphasis on disputes related to real estate. He represents residential and commercial landlords, property managers, businesses, developers and institutional lenders in all areas of civil litigation. He has extensive experience litigating both civil and criminal jury and non-jury trials.
Before joining Shutts, he was a partner and managing attorney at his own law firm. He also previously served as an Assistant State Attorney with the Sixth Judicial Circuit in Pinellas County.

Jack earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law, and his Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University. He is admitted to practice in Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
