Patrick Lannon Co-Authors Article for ActionLine Publication


Miami partner Patrick Lannon recently co-authored an article titled “I Quit: Trustee Resignation Rules Clarified,” published by ActionLine, a publication of The Florida Bar Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section.

The article analyzes the impact of recent change to the Florida Trust Code on trustee resignations and provides proposed trust instrument language to allow flexibility under the revised statute.

The Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section’s ActionLine is a quarterly publication containing the latest news on Florida law of concern to the section’s members and reporting on current Section activities.
