Miami partner Patrick Lannon recently co-authored an article titled “I Quit: Trustee Resignation Rules Clarified,” published by ActionLine, a publication of The Florida Bar Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section.

The article analyzes the impact of recent change to the Florida Trust Code on trustee resignations and provides proposed trust instrument language to allow flexibility under the revised statute.
