Peggy Rolando to Present at RPPTL Legislative UpdateMiami real estate partner Peggy Rolando will present during the 42nd Annual RPPTL Legislative and Case Law Update, held Friday, July 22, at The Breakers Palm Beach. The seminar is presented by The Florida Bar Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section, the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law PAC, and RPPTL-PAC. Topics will include current case law and legislation affecting real property, probate, trust, guardianship and construction law.

Peggy, who is Florida Bar Board Certified in both Real Estate Law and in Condominium and Planned Development Law, will participate as a panelist during “Green Bananas: New Laws Seek to Change Generations of Inaction Post-Surfside.” This discussion of the legislative response to the Surfside tragedy will be moderated by William Sklar, Chair of the RPPTL Condominium Law and Policy Life Safety Advisory Task Force.
