Sandra Krumbein Sadov Appointed to Condominium and Planned Development Law Certification Committee

Sandra Krumbein Sadov, a partner in Shutts & Bowen LLP’s Fort Lauderdale office, has been appointed by The Florida Bar President-Elect to the Condominium and Planned Development Law Certification Committee, with a term ending June 30, 2024.

Sandra, who is Board Certified in Condominium and Planned Development Law, will join her esteemed fellow committee members in the writing and review of the board certification exam for Condominium and Planned Development Law and also, in her role as a committee member, she will be part of the committee who will evaluate applications for board certification (and re-certification) on behalf of The Florida Bar.

The Condominium and Planned Development Law Certification Committee promotes board certification and identifies lawyers who (a) practice law in the development of common interest real property, and the formation, representation, and regulation of community associations; (b) have the special knowledge, skills, and proficiency; and, (c) have the character, ethics, and reputation for professionalism to be identified to the public as board certified in condominium and planned development law.
