
Shutts & Bowen LLP West Palm Beach partner Shelly Wald Harris recently spoke to the Palm Beach County Estate Planning Council, where she presented on “The Trustee’s Duty to Inform and Account.”
Shelly’s presentation offered attendees valuable insights into fiduciary obligations and best practices in trust administration and provided participants with continuing legal education (CLE) credits.
The Palm Beach County Estate Planning Council, founded in 1984, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering education, collaboration, and networking among estate planning professionals. Shelly Wald Harris is a partner in the West Palm Beach office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where she is a member of the Private Client Services Practice Group.
