John focuses his practice on developing and implementing wealth preservation strategies tailored to his clients' financial and social goals.

John holds broad experience and knowledge regarding the development and use of family mission statements and family constitutions. In addition to advising wealthy families and family enterprises, he has been involved in several prominent trust and estate matters, including the probate proceedings of the estate for an American heiress and estate accounting proceedings involving the estate of a prominent American philanthropist.

John earned his J.D. from the Fordham University School of Law and his B.A. in Behavioral Sciences from Johns Hopkins University. He is admitted to practice law in Florida, New York, and California. He served as a board member for the New York City Family Enterprise Center Inc. and is an active member of the American Bar Association (Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate Law), the State Bar of California, The Florida Bar, the Family Firm Institute, the Palm Beach Estate Planning Council and the Attorneys for Family-Held Enterprises, of which he was a founder and long-term president.
