Arthur J. Menor, Florida Bar Board Certified in Real Estate Law, will be speaking about The Art of Lease Negotiations at an ALI-ABA audio seminar presented in cooperation with the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL) on Tuesday, June 28, 2011.
Mr. Menor is one of several panel members who will address issues caused by recent fluctuations in the real estate market, that both landlords and tenants need to consider when negotiating leases.
Mr. Menor leads Shutts & Bowen’s Real Estate Leasing Practice Group as its Chairman. He is a member of The American College of Real Estate Lawyers, which is the premier organization of U.S. real estate lawyers. Admission to ACREL is by invitation only after a rigorous screening process.
