Erik Szabo Sworn In to the 2020 GOBA Board of Directors

Shutts & Bowen LLP is pleased to announce that Erik F. Szabo was recently sworn-in for his third year as an Associate Director on the 2020 Greater Orlando Builders Association (GOBA) Board of Directors. The Installation & Yearly Awards Dinner took place on November 7 at the Amway Center, where the organization installed its elected senior officers and directors for 2020.

Erik, who has served as an Associate Director for GOBA since 2018, was joined at the event by Shutts attorneys Derrick M. Valkenburg and William C. Matthews. Shutts & Bowen sponsored the event, which announced and installed the 2020 President, Board of Directors and Leadership Team and recognized companies and individuals with awards for outstanding contributions.

The Greater Orlando Builders Association (GOBA) is the authority, educator and promoter of the housing and building industry serving more than 700 members.  Since 1953, GOBA has served the construction industry in Seminole, Orange and Osceola Counties including its cities. By representing and promoting the building industry, GOBA encourages higher standards of practice through education and by taking a proactive role in the governmental and regulatory activities that impact the construction industry.
