Harvey Oyer Represents President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago Club

Oyer, Harvey - WPBWest Palm Beach partner Harvey E. Oyer III is representing President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago Club in its application for a dock into the Intracoastal Waterway.  The club is seeking zoning approval from the Palm Beach Town Council as well as the Landmarks Preservation Commission and the National Trust for Historic Preservation because Mar-a-Lago is a landmarked house and property.   Approval has already been obtained from FDEP and the Coast Guard.

“The application is being driven by the need of the law enforcement agencies to better secure the property,” said Oyer in an article published in the Palm Beach Daily News.

Oyer goes on to say that in case of an emergency, the dock could be used to get someone on or off the property, should bridges and State Road A1A be unusable. The application is expected to go before the Landmarks board in November and the Town Council in December.
