IMG_5729Kristin Drecktrah Paz recently presented at the Broward County Bar Association CLE titled “Discovery in Arbitration: How to Avoid an Accident” on Friday, March 3, at the BCBA Conference Center.

The CLE covered procedures for managing discovery throughout arbitration, including what parties can and should seek in discovery, drafting arbitration clauses for both private and public sectors, and the challenges of managing and presenting discovery.
