Lauren Stricker to Co-Chair CLE Luncheon

Lauren Stricker, TampaCreditors’ Rights and Bankruptcy associate Lauren Stricker will co-chair an upcoming CLE luncheon for the Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar Association.

Taking place on October 11, the luncheon will feature Brian Albritton, criminal defense attorney and former US Attorney for the Middle District of Florida, and Assistant US Attorney Christopher Poor, Bankruptcy Task Force Coordinator in the criminal division of the Middle District of Florida. Their presentation, “Orange is the New Black: Criminal Charges in Bankruptcy Cases,” is intended to provide guidance with respect to criminal actions in the bankruptcy arena.

Lauren L. Stricker is an associate in the Tampa office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where she is a member of the firm’s Creditors’ Rights/Bankruptcy and Business Litigation Practice Groups. Lauren represents individual and corporate clients in bankruptcy matters, civil and criminal litigation, and government investigations. Her practice focuses on financial recovery, fraud, and financial crime cases.
