Alamea Deedee Bitran (Law Clerk, Fort Lauderdale) is a member of the Business Litigation Practice Group. Deedee focuses her practice on transactional and litigation cases. Deedee previously served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Ivan F. Fernandez in the Third District Court of Appeal.
Sean M. Smith (Associate, West Palm Beach) is a member of the Business Litigation Practice Group. Sean focuses his practice on the areas of business litigation and construction litigation. Sean previously served as a Judicial Intern at the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit Court in West Palm Beach.
Celeste A. Thacker (Associate, Orlando) is a member of the Real Estate Practice Group. Celeste represents developers and lenders in a broad range of business and real estate manners. Her practice includes all aspects of commercial real estate transactions.
Lazaro I. Vazquez (Law Clerk, Miami) is a member of the Corporate Practice Group. His practice focuses on the areas of tax, financial services, corporate, bankruptcy, business litigation and real estate. Lazaro previously served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Paul C. Huck of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
