Shutts & Bowen was featured in the June 27 Daily Business Review Law Firm Diversity Special Report. According to the report, Shutts & Bowen is the second most diverse firm of Florida’s eight largest law firms. The firm ranked 19th in the country, according to data from The American Lawyer’s 2019 Diversity Scorecard.

Aliette DelPozo Rodz, a partner in Shutts & Bowen’s Miami office and Chair of the firm’s Diversity Committee, was quoted in the Daily Business Review; “Our reality is that we continue to work for greater diversity in our work-force, it’s an ever-changing process to meet the needs of our clients.”
