Shutts & Bowen LLP, a leading full service law firm, is pleased to announce the recent hiring of two attorneys in its Tampa office.

Jenny Byars Gribbin, Of Counsel, concentrates her practice in the following areas of law:  the acquisition, sale and leasing of commercial property; real estate development; commercial lending; title insurance; the acquisition, sale and/or transfer of alcohol beverage licenses for the sale of beer, wine and/or liquor; the acquisition and/or transfer of food service licenses for hotels and restaurants; zoning of commercial property for the sale of alcoholic beverages and the negotiation and drafting of various other agreements for commercial and alcoholic beverage transactions. Ms. Gribbin represents real property developers, commercial property owners, landlords, tenants, lending institutions, and owners/operators of establishments that sell alcoholic beverages.

Justin R. Moore is an associate in both the Real Estate and Business Litigation Practice Groups. Mr. Moore's practice includes the following areas: real property litigation, general real estate matters, commercial leasing, general commercial litigation, property acquisition and development, telecommunications leasing and litigation, creditor's rights, and construction litigation.  Mr. Moore has represented banks and other financial institutions, general contractors, real property developers, telecommunications companies, medical practices, and entrepreneurs.
