SOUTH FLORIDA LEGAL GUIDE
Arthur Menor, Partner in Charge of Shutts & Bowen’s West Palm Beach office, has been chosen as one of South Florida’s seven Most Distinguished Attorneys in the 2015 South Florida Legal Guide. As chairman of the firm’s Real Estate Leasing Practice Group, Mr. Menor was profiled in the current 15th anniversary edition in an article headlined, “The Leasing Expert.”
The article cited Mr. Menor’s 34 years of experience in all aspects of real estate; his authorship of the Leases chapter in the Florida Real Property Complex Transactions Manual for The Florida Bar; and his extensive work in forecasting and mitigating his clients’ risks. The article called Mr. Menor a “national leader in developing strategies that use insurance products to manage and mitigate those risks.” Board Certified in Florida real estate law, Mr. Menor was listed in the publication as a Top Lawyer in real estate and the only attorney listed as a Top Lawyer in commercial leasing.
