Tampa Partner to Present at Construction Law Institute

Tampa partner Amanda Buffinton will present as a panelist at the 12th Annual Construction Law Institute (CLI), an event sponsored by The Florida Bar Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section. The CLI will take place from March 7-9 at the JW Marriott Orlando Grande Lakes.

The purpose of the Institute is to gather leading, experienced and established construction law practitioners, contractors and other industry professionals for a two-day seminar focused on in-depth, cutting edge construction issues.

Amanda, who is Board Certified in Construction Law by The Florida Bar, will be speaking on a panel titled “Use of Experts to Testify on Building Code Violations, and Proposed Jury Instructions.” She will present alongside David A. Zulian, Esq. and Judge Geoffrey Gentile of the 20th Judicial Circuit.
