On Thursday, April 30, Miami partner Tiffany Comprés will present during a webinar titled “Can Force Majeure Save Your International Transactions?” The online event is being hosted by the Organization for Women in International Trade.

Tiffany will be focusing exclusively on force majeure under the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The webinar will be helpful to those in the global supply chain who do not have formal written contracts with force majeure clauses in them.
