Jennifer M. Harrington is a Senior Associate in the Orlando office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where she is a member of the Construction Litigation Practice Group.
Jennifer focuses her practice on complex commercial and construction litigation matters in both state and federal courts, as well as in alternative dispute resolution settings.
Jennifer’s experience draws on six years as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Middle District of Florida and eleven years as an Air Force Judge Advocate, on both active duty and in the Reserve. In these roles, she handled a broad range of contested proceedings, evidentiary hearings, and appeals. Jennifer continues to serve as Appellate Defense Counsel in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps of the Air Force Reserve, wearing the rank of Major.
