Jonathan Y. Marcelo is an Associate in the Orlando office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where he is a member of the Construction Litigation Practice Group.

Jonathan focuses his practice on complex commercial and construction litigation matters. He has experience in a variety of construction related disputes, including matters regarding premises liability, contracts, defects, fraud, breach of warranty, commercial leases and other business torts.

While in law school, Jonathan served as a legal extern for the Office of General Counsel, Florida House of Representatives, for the Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel, Felony Criminal Appeals Division, United States Attorney’s Office and the Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights.
