Kyla E. Szubinski is an attorney in the Orlando office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where she is a member of the Real Estate practice group.

Kyla’s practice focuses on business, construction and commercial matters related to real property. Kyla represents businesses and individuals on both public and private projects. Her prior experience includes matters related to commercial and residential real estate, land use and environmental disputes, construction law and commercial litigation, as well as landlord/tenant issues.

Kyla earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law (magna cum laude). Prior to joining the firm, she served as a summer associate in the firm’s Orlando office.
