Tyler Lenz is a Senior Associate in the Jacksonville office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where he is a member of the Corporate Practice Group.

Tyler has represented clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies and high net worth individuals to small scale businesses, advising them through the various stages of the business relationship, including formation, incorporation, funding, and expansion. Tyler has experience with public finance transactions involving the issuance of government and private activity bonds, including tax-exempt special assessment bonds by community development districts. 

Tyler leverages his prior litigation experience, involving complex business disputes in state and federal courts throughout Florida, to serve his clients’ strategic business interests on general corporate matters and transactions.

Tyler earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he served on the Executive Board of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Team and was a member of the Conservation Clinic with the Environmental and Land Use Law Program.
