Emma Pinder is a Partner in the Orlando office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where she is a member of the Real Estate Practice Group.
Emma represents private and institutional clients in a broad range of real estate and business matters. Drawing on her background in technology and business administration, she advises clients on issues involving real estate transactions and corporate matters.
Her practice focuses on the acquisition and disposition of real property, including matters involving entitlement, real estate acquisition, development, finance, leasing, secured lending, disposition, land use and zoning. A native Mandarin speaker, Emma also assists domestic and international clients with their real estate and business needs.
