
Shutts & Bowen LLP is pleased to announce that Emma Pinder has joined the firm’s Orlando office as a Partner in the Real Estate Practice Group.
Emma represents private and institutional clients in a broad range of real estate and business matters. Drawing on her background in technology and business administration, she advises clients on issues involving real estate transactions and corporate matters.
Her practice focuses on the acquisition and disposition of real property, including matters involving entitlement, development, finance, leasing, secured lending, disposition, land use and zoning.

A native Mandarin speaker, Emma also assists domestic and international clients with their real estate and business needs, further expanding the firm’s ability to serve an increasingly global client base investing in Florida.

Emma is active in the legal community and currently serves as Chair of the International Law Committee of the Orange County Bar Association. She is also a member of The Florida Bar, the Greater Orlando Asian American Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and the Wyoming State Bar.
She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Wyoming College of Law and her Master of Business Administration from Colorado State University.
