Rob Beharriell is the Director of Knowledge Management for Shutts & Bowen LLP.
Rob supports a wide variety of attorney, client, and business development needs. He collaborates with Shutts’ practice groups, using knowledge systems to create efficiencies for the firm’s attorneys and staff. He also assists with the continuing legal education (CLE) programs for the firm.
He also manages the firm’s research-vendor relationships. Rob also investigates new research and technology tools to ensure that the firm has cutting-edge resources.
Prior to joining the firm, Rob was a Professor of Practice at Nova Southeastern University – Shepard Broad College of Law, where he taught courses that helped students develop foundational academic skills such as case briefing, case synthesizing, and essay writing, as well as a course that provided students with skills needed to pass the Florida portion of the Florida Bar Exam. Prior to Rob’s role as a Professor of Practice, he also served as an Adjunct Professor of Law, where he taught students advanced legal research techniques. Rob also has extensive experience as a Research and Reference librarian where he provided faculty, students, staff, alumni, and community patrons with research assistance.
