Shane P. Fitzsimmons is a Senior Associate in the Jacksonville office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where he is a member of the Construction Litigation Practice Group. Shane focuses his practice on complex commercial and construction litigation matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Shane practiced as a staff attorney for the Florida Fourth District Court of Appeal.
