DBR Highlights Return to Work Policies for Florida Law Firms

According to the Daily Business Review, law firms are taking different approaches to returning to the office amid the COVID-19 pandemic.           

Bowman Brown, Chairman of Shutts & Bowen’s Executive Committee and Practice Group Leader of its Financial Services Practice Group, stated that Shutts & Bowen opted for an “are-you-comfortable-coming-in policy. We have not asked anyone to come in that is not entirely comfortable with coming in.”

According to the article, a downturn in production was expected with virtual operations. However, Bowman stated the firm has not missed a beat. “In fact, I’m astounded how productive we have been working remotely.”
