David Coviello represents Race Car Driver with Plans for Luxury Auto Collection BuildingProfessional race car driver Pablo Pérez Companc plans to construct a building in North Miami to house his offices and luxury auto collection. On May 26, 2020, the North Miami City Commission approved the site plan submitted by Ground Force LLC, owned by Perez Companc and represented by Miami partner David Coviello.

The South Florida Business Journal reports that the three-story building would total 30,850 square feet and would include “office space, large window displays for luxury and racing automobiles, a race simulator, event space, a lounge and a rooftop pool.”

“We are excited to bring this unique project to the city of North Miami, particularly to the West Dixie Highway corridor,” said David. “A project of this quality has the potential to be a catalyst for revitalization in the area.”
