Devon Woolard Serves as Panelist for the PBCBA Business Litigation CLE Seminar

On November 18, West Palm Beach attorney Devon Woolard served as a panelist for the 2022 Palm Beach County Bar Association Business Litigation CLE Seminar titled “How to Approach the New Corporate Representative Process.”

The seminar discussed primary differences between the state and federal rules applicable to corporate representative depositions as well as practical tips for taking and defending corporate representative depositions, including drafting meaningful areas of inquiry, identifying and preparing a corporate representative, and successfully navigating challenges from clients and opposing counsel.

Other panelists included U.S. Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart, Palm Beach County Circuit Court Judge G. Joseph Curley, and Bernard Lebedeker of Reid Burman Lebedeker Xenick, with Sheena Smith of Cole, Scott & Kissane serving as moderator.
