Eric Adams, a partner in Shutts & Bowen LLP’s Tampa office, recently participated in an “Arbitration, Mediation, and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)” panel for the Wm. Reece Smith, Jr. Litigation American Inn of Court.

The panel also included Judge Edward C. LaRose of Florida’s Second District Court of Appeal, Judge Amanda Sansone of the U.S. District Court of the Middle District of Florida, and Laura Tibbals, a local practitioner focusing on mediation and non-binding arbitrations.  The panel’s discussion covered a wide range of timely topics on ADR and mediation, including the role of technology, common mistakes, and best practices.
