
Shutts & Bowen LLP is pleased to announce that Heather M. Boadella has joined the firm’s Orlando office as a Partner in the Real Estate Practice Group.
Heather advises developers, investors, institutions and property owners in a broad range of real estate matters involving the acquisition and disposition of real property, land use and zoning, financing, leasing, entitlements, and risk analysis for large-scale development projects and real estate transactions. She also has experience with community association review related to proposed site acquisitions.

She earned her Juris Doctor degree, with honors, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, from Florida State University. She is admitted to practice law in Florida and is a member of The Florida Bar.
