Shutts & Bowen LLP Miami Partner Heidi Tandy recently spoke on the panel, “Future-Ready Leadership: Driving Inclusion and Innovation in IP,” at the American Conference Institute’s (ACI) 6th Annual Summit for Women Leaders in IP Law taking place June 2-3, 2026, in Washington, D.C.
The session explored allyship, mentorship, sponsorship, cognitive diversity, and strategies for attracting and developing talent to support innovation within intellectual property teams. Heidi was joined by co-panelists Lisa Jakob of Merck, Marylee Jenkins of ArentFox Schiff LLP and Alanna Moulds of Universal Music Group.
