Jennifer Perez, a healthcare and corporate practice partner in Shutts & Bowen LLP’s Miami office, recently co-hosted an American Health Law Association (AHLA) webinar titled “Important Information for How to Make a Group Practice Perfect: From Formation to Termination.” The program drew more than 60 attendees.
With approximately 12,000 members, AHLA is the nation’s largest, nonpartisan, 501(c)(3) educational organization devoted to legal issues in the health care field. Its mission is to deliver authoritative educational content and serve as a professional home for all who engage with health law.
